 December 3, 2013
It is my first day as a trainee at St. Luke’s Medical Center. I am so nervous, Ms. Mary Grace Sampang, our supervisor oriented us. She was a psychology graduate of Polytechnic university of the Philippines Sta. Mesa. I was assigned at Division of Nursing, Department of Clinical Advancement (DoN-DCA). Our supervisor is very kind to us, she instructed us very well, such as the telephone ethics of the department.

January 14 - 18, 2013
It was a great week, although the tasks are too difficult, I was assigned to route PRC  ID Expiration Memorandum to all Nursing Unit, Filing IVT ID's and Encoding the grades of PGNT students. Entertaining people who like to apply on PGNT was so confusing, it was not all about how I spoke to them, it was on the attitude of facing them as a trainee of St. Luke's.

January 21-25, 2013
This week was good, I encoded profiles of the recent applicants, certificates, and transferring the yearly schedule of all nursing unit to a calendar. I accomplished all the tasks given by our supervisors in a short period of time. Our supervisor told me I improved myself because I listen to her advices and correction; she always gives complete instruction for us to do our job accurate.

January 28, to February 1, 2013
Cool week, new set of trials, responsibilities, and work. I didn't finish all the tasks.
But I learned some lessons, Obey fist before complain. I encoded some PRC Licenses, IVT I.D and resume, tallying program & speakers’ evaluation. And also they teach me how to pronounce a word correctly specially my false letter.

February 4 - 8, 2013

Every week became more difficult, but the good side is i learned new things and ethics inside the office, even the human relations and critical thinking skills. I observe to myself I’m getting matured enough to have a work. This week i was assigned on observing the PGNT students on their exam, and being instructed for the whole day. My supervisor told me, I was better than last week in terms of attitude, and work ethics.

February 11 - 15, 2013
This week was so tired; I didn't finish all my tasks. But I’m still happy because i did my best, I tried to finish it on time and I keep my patience and attitude on the same time.
I scanned a lot of PRC Licenses & IVT IDs, then I encoded and hyperlink it to the SQE (Staff Qualifications & Education) Database, it contains all the information of a registered Nurse, editing the yearly calendar schedule of the department and setting up the orientation venue.

February 18 - 22, 2013
Awesome week, I had my realization after my supervisor told me that I need to improve my human relation skills, it’s too hard for me to speak in front of the PGNT because they are all graduates on a well known Universities and they are all NLE board passer but I need to be a professional to face them. This week was the fist time I handled PGNT during their 1st, 2nd, 3rd week and their final exam, and also our supervisor made me observe the orientation of batch 13-05, then she told me I will be the one who will orient on the new applicants, she gave some advices and suggestion to improve myself more and how to speak in professional way in front of a crowd.
